• college drop out for one semester reasons: computer games addiction did a reflection for the rest of the semester shift from bachelor of science in accountancy to bachelor of science in business administration major in management accounting (did i think strategically to cover my lost time and graduate on time?) disappointed in myself and letting ng parents down became a motivation for me even though there is a financial proper getting angry with my parents it push me to think differently and look for solution apply for scholarship to cover expenses during my school days being a student assistant helps me improve my communication skills, learn new skills, meet different people, gain a circle where we share and help each other grow
• started work and be acknowledged having acknowledge gave me motivation to improve myself more having a talk with my supervisor and discuss what we want to improve in our agency gave me inspiration to do something better and the new learning and possible results motivate me to do it and make something new
• having a family and watching my daughters grow this cause me fear (this result in the work related issue that they don't value people with regards their skill and abuse their power so that those people who they like will be promoted) my family and two daughters is also my source of motivation
