clarke was engaged as an agent by luther,in that capacity/position,he has been buying goods from kent on behalf of luther for the past six month.Recently clarke made another order of goods form kent using a letter that has clothes business letterhead.The goods were delivered to clarke at luthers premises.Clarke then disappeared with the goods.Kent is now claiming against luther for the prices of the good
