Assignment Requirements 1. For each manual material handling task, select the correct tool and complete a risk assessment of the task. 2. Interpret the results: state the level of risk involved and provide rational for your decision. 3. Develop two solutions to improve the risk associated with the task. 4. Create a summary report with your findings. Report Template Provided 5. Submit the report to eConestoga by 11:59 PM today. Report Requirements An overview of the tasks - broken down into individual MMH tasks to be assessed. If you use an online tool provide a screen shot that shows the completed assessment results produced by the calculator for each task. To do this you can take a screen shot once the calculation is complete. Provide an overall risk rating for the task, interpret the results and justify for your risk rating. The entire report should be completed in one single document. Do not upload multiple documents. List 2 improvement suggestions for each task. Correct formatting, grammar, and spelling is required.
