Claudia S., the Mayor of Mexico City, holds a strong fascination for the Autonomous Vehicles case and its associated technology. Her intention is to investigate this domain, as it could bolster her political aspirations, both in her current role as mayor of one of the globe's most populous cities and in the prospect of becoming the next president of Mexico.

Her aim is to proactively address the potential maturation of AV technology that could be deployed in major cities such as Mexico City. To achieve this, she has enlisted the help of consultants to form an informed stance on Autonomous Vehicles, and subsequently, to establish public policies and a strategic plan for the coming decade.

In these instances, I will apply our consulting approach by employing "managerial frameworks" especially by using the tools of 1. Change Management Programs and 2. Benchmarking.

** Please tell me about the situations of Colombia and Brazil in terms of Autonomous vehicles.

To conduct benchmarking, I selected cities in Colombia and Brazil that would be similar in size, infrastructure, and challenges to Mexico City. Ideally, those places have successfully integrated AVs into their transportation systems.
