Identify and list the top three operational priorities needing to be addressed from the perspective of the selected audience (e.g. staff, consumers or board of directors). For example, if your issue early childhood development, one of the priorities might be "creating safe learning environments to promote positive childhood outcomes". Reflect upon what resources may be needed to achieve identified priorities (funds, legislative advocacy, etc)
