Client has a history of acting out including sneaking out during the night, skipping classes in high school, stealing a car, and fighting with peers. Client is currently more stable, no longer fighting or stealing, and is accepting responsibility for her decisions and actions. Client has learned coping skills and identified supports for addressing her anxiety. She now feels ready to navigate introducing her family to her girlfriend but still has concerns about how they will accept her sexual orientation and girlfriend, based on their past dismissiveness.
