i.Consider strategy as it relates to (1) driving traffic to website, (2) increasing loyalty (which can indirectly or directly impact WOM), (3) strengthening credibility/trust, or (4) generating a lead
1.NOTE: engagement can be low in this product category on Facebook, but Facebook is the most productive platform in terms of reach (see Chapter 8, Section 3 of text). Keep this in mind as you navigate your deliverable below.
