Clinical Case-PTSD A 26-uear-old female veteran is brought to the drop-in clinic of a mental health facility by her spouse. The client, L.N. is visibly upset, shaking, pale, and unable to make eye contact. The nurse asks the client to have a seat and calmly asks some questions. L.N. is restless and stands up and paces during the interview. The spouse explains that L.N. returned home from combat duty four months ago. At first, L.N. was happy to be home and settling into her routine. One month ago, L.N. lost her temper while working at her job as a sales clerk at an appliance store.
