7. Clive incurred an expense for the 2020 year of assessment for his bond repayment for his apartment of R120,000 and the expense of his groceries amounting to R43, 000. | ||||
8. Clive bought two apartments in Sommerstrand, Western Cape for R450,000 each in November 2000. He received annual rental income of R35,000 per apartment.
On 1 January 2020 he decided to sell one apartment at its market value of R3,500,000 to a resident. On 1 September 2005 Clive had installed a car parking shed to the apartment that cost him R10,000. | ||||
