Professional Interview

For this assignment, each student will conduct an informational networking interview with a professional from an industry/company of their choosing.

What to Do

• Read Assignment instructions
• Connect with a professional in International Business and set up an informational networking interview via email or LinkedIn/Ten Thousand Coffees/ or other platform of your choice e.g., Conference, Career Fair etc.
• Develop questions based upon the above course learning objectives and your own career goals
• Connect with the professional, with a specific "ask", to set up an informational networking interview
• Set up the Interview the professional
• Attend the interview either digitally or in-person as appropriate reflection paper on your approach, what insights you gained from the professional, what value you provided, what you learned about yourself, and networking based upon this assignment
• Thank the professional in writing based upon how you connected with the individual (email, LinkedIn or Ten Thousand Coffees)
