Cloud Migration Strategy Pick a vendor (or multiple) and define your strategy to take your products to the cloud to the cloud. Mention about data governance (region specific), and other factors that influence your cloud migration.

Proposed Costs Research and outline any costs associated with your migration. Demonstrate TCO over 5 years v.s. traditional in-house solutions.

Company-specific Risks Outline company-specific risks that can influence your migration to the cloud.

Migration Roadmap Define a simple roadmap of how you will take your company to the cloud.

Presentation In the industry, you will have to prepare reports for the C-Level executives. This will be a presentation in which your business-sense will be key. Demonstrate a proposal to take your business to the cloud. Include all critical factors.
