You have expanded quite a bit during your 12 years, and now you and your partner own 15 Club Ted's in three locations, the Caribbean, the South Pacific, and the Mediterranean, and you have over 400 workers. As you have grown, you have been faced with a number of organizational challenges, not the least of which was to determine a new organizational structure.
