Coaching Role Play Session (Worth 5%) - Week 13, April 2nd You will participate in a live coaching role play session which will take place on week 13 and will be structured in the following manner: You (as coach/manager) will be paired up with a partner (coachee/employee) along with an observer As coach you will lead a conversation with the coachee with the intent to address and solve a performance issue As coach you will apply the 5 skills of: 1. Questioning, 2. Empathy, 3. Listening, 4. Trust, and 5. Goal setting
