b$.$ A press & release of switch turns LED on

c$.$ On next press & release, if RB$7$ is $0,$ go back to $"$a$",$ else start LED blinking.

d$.$ On switch press, stop blinking, freeze LED ON while button is held down. On button release, goto $"$a$".$
