Colin, a chemical buyer just received a container of polyester resin from a German supplier. The resin is the main raw material for making boats. He received a call from Customs Officer that during the inspection they noticed that some of the barrels spilled and it seemed that resins were already cured. He knows that cured resin is useless and it is definitely a quality defect. He could not find any clause in the purchase order addressing the quality issues.
