Collins (2001) differentiates between five levels of an organization's performance (as cited in Manning & Curtis, 2021). Apply these levels.

• Provide two organizations typified by two levels of the five leadership performance levels in Figure 19-3 in your reading. These organizations should be different from those in your text and from other colleagues' postings.
• Equate the performance level parameters with the level you assert that they typify and why.
