The restaurant is quite popular and Colonel hires Johnny English as his agent to sell franchises so that others business people can set up their own "KFC" restaurant and be able to purchase his "secret spice blend " that he puts on his famous fried chicken. In selling franchises, Johnny English enters into a contract with Popeye to purchase a franchise. It turns out that Popeye used to be married to Colonel Sander's daughter Colonel Sanders is still very upset over Popeye's divorce from his daughter and doesn't want Popeye to operate a "KFC" restaurant. Therefore, while Popeye has already opened up a KFC restaurant, Colonel Sanders refuses to provide Popeye with his "secret spice blend". Popeye sues Colonel Sanders for breach of contract and wants to be able to purchase the "secret spice blend" for the chicken.
