Your task is to create a formula that can provide an answer to the following question: What fraction of all MPs are from the Conservative Party? The output of this formula shall result in a number between 0 and 1. That is, if all the members of Parliament were Conservative, the answer would be 1. If none of them were, the answer would be 0.
