Come up with at least one idea to solve the problem described below, and develop a high-level business case to support to each idea. Transfer that business case into a PROJECT CHARTER using the template used for the class group assignment (see attached template).

Problem Statement: You work for a large retail company, similar in size to Walmart or Target Stores. You have 500 stores across the continental US (meaning all 48 contiguous states, not Alaska or Hawaii). A large number of your stores are located in cities where there is a high population of people who do not speak or read English. However, all of the signage, pricing labels, register receipts, etc. are in English.

Your company president has asked for ideas on how to service the people who come to the store who only speak a foreign language. (To simplify this, lets say the most popular foreign languages of the people who come to our stores are Spanish, Mandarin, and French.)

Come up with a solution to this problem and complete a Project Charter for your idea.
