Success for objective one will be met when volunteer participation has reached the projected increase. # Criterion: Volunteer participation is at 827.5 hours on June 1. 2024, + Measurement tools: In June of 2024, management will use SWR's volunteer records to count the number of volunteers involved in the organization on January 1, 2024, and June 1, 2024, Subtract the onginal volunteer number (Jan. 2024) from the most recent volunteer number (Jun. 2024) to find the increase. Then, divide the increase by the original volunteer number (Jan. 2024) and multiply by 100 fo find the percentage increase in volunteer participation in 6 months and compare this number o the goal of a 25% increase. OBJECTIVE 2 Increase volunteer participation from 662 hours to 993 hours within 18 months of implementation (50 percent increase). # Evaluation: This objective will be assessed by analyzing SWR's volunteer records fo compare data on volunteer hours in the periods designated below.
