Minimum Wage (law): Minimum wage laws are intended to provide employees with a fair hourly pay rate and are enforced by the federal and state governments on to the employers. These laws also intend to reduce employee turn over by gradually increasing the rate as basic cost of living expenses increase. Jobs that pay employees minimum wage are usually entry level jobs ranging anywhere from the food service industry, construction, transportation, maintenance, and manufacturing. In recent times there has been discussions to rate the federal minimum wage to $15 an hour due to inflation.

Waste Management (Service): Waste Management is a service that provides trash collection, recycling, and redistribution to the public and private businesses. Without this service the public and private businesses would need to dispose of their own waste, which would be very difficult with millions of people are producing waste every day. Waste Management as a service provides the public with a safe place to dispose hazardous waste and everyday waste to a designated facility without causing too much damage to the environment. Waste Management can also recycle and repurpose waste such as yard debris, which is redistributed to farmers and landscapers for mulch and compost.

FDA (Government Agency): The FDA or Food and Drug Administration is an agency that test products that are intended for human consumption. Many of these products are seen everyday on store shelves such as food, vitamins and other supplements. In recent times, the FDA has made headlines by their quick approval of the COVID vaccines that were distributed by the government and caused many to be skeptical of their quick approval due to not many studies being done.
