I live in Dallas, TX with my wife, Amber, 7-year-old son, Blake, and our dog, Fudge. For the past 8 years, I have been working in management at a hospital. As a part of my desire to grow professionally, I am obtaining my degree to become a director. I am an Organizational Management Major. I enjoy basketball, and soccer now that my son plays. I look forward to learning with and from you all over the next five weeks. As far as leadership experience goes, I currently lead a team of 21 individuals in food retail at a children's hospital for work. And when I'm not doing that I co-coach my son's soccer team. The leadership of adults versus children is two assorted sides of the spectrum but I guide both groups to a common goal or vision for success.
