comment on the following : A method to classify engagement level of stakeholders is through a Stakeholder Engagement Assessment Matrix, which will categorize stakeholders based on their level of interest and influence over a specific project. The classification used on PMBOK 6th edition are usually four levels. These levels of engagement are first unaware, those stakeholders who do not have an influence or interest in the project. These stakeholders are uninformed and unwilling to engage. Next, resistant stakeholders who have a low level of influence but are highly interested in the project. Neutral stakeholders, who have an average interest in the influence they have and in the project as well. Lastly, supportive stakeholders, who will have a high influence and a high interest in the project. Personally, the desired level of engagement for high-influence stakeholders should be one that is supportive. These are stakeholders who will communicate regularly, reduce risks, provide feedback, address concerns , and decision making that are well informed and precisely though out. A stakeholder should always nurture a positive relationship and communication in order for a positive outcome
