Comment on the following:

i. Sammy a 17 year old secures a scholarship to complete his tertiary education in engineering. Sammy enters into an agreement with the Scholarship authority to pursue his studies diligently and maintain good grades. He is further obliged to serve his country for 3 years after completing his education. Is this agreement valid?

ii. Rusi and Masi were at a drinking party. Rusi being an occasional drinker became very tipsy after a few drinks. Masi was not drunk and he persuaded Rusi to give his Rolex watch to him valued at $25,000. The watch was a gift given to Rusi on his 21st birthday. Rusi was having a great time and he didnt realise when his watch was taken off his wrist. Next morning Rusi sees Masi wearing his watch and demands it back. Masi refuses to hand it over.

iii. A 14 year old who works at a supermarket is not sure whether he has a valid contract of employment or not.
