Comment on the following scenario:

What do you think anout this discussion At work observed two co-workers (ill just call them Matt and Ben) arguing about breaks, Matt who is a corporal told Ben in front of the whole crew that he needs to stop sneaking out to break during major ring-outs because it is not fair to the rest of the group. Ben told Matt that he is entitled to a thirty-minute break after working 8 hours because he was mandated to work another 8 hours, he said it is unreasonable for Matt to try to stop him from getting a break and that despite what Matt said he will be back in 30 minutes. Ben was yelling and then stormed off after he told Matt he was taking a break. While I understand Ben and Matt are frustrated I believe that Matt should have addressed this with him personally not in front of everyone, I also think that Ben should have calmed himself and located his center before raising his voice at the corporal. I think a hidden meaning was when Ben yelled and stormed off because he was clearly upset but when he left it showed Matt that he did not care if Matt was upset at him for leaving at one of the busiest times of the day.
