Comment on this post: Culture to me is an individuals beliefs and what they value. How I would define diversity is the range of different individuals that include ethnic backgrounds, social backgrounds, and genders. Equity and equality to me are two very different things and how I explain equity is, when everyone is given the same thing to support them so everyone has the same amount and it's "fair." Equality is when we treat everyone as equals and everyone has the same opportunities as everyone
