As an introvert, listening is one of my strong suits. As a leader, my style of listening and communicating has evolved and grown. I now look for non-verbal cues and repeat lines to make sure we are on the same page. When I have a conversation with one of my followers, I have everything typed up, the discussion, the questions, and the needs. Conceptualization would be the most difficult for me, although I can solve day-to-day operational problems within my team. Working in such a large organization, with interconnected departments, there are various aspects to consider when focusing on the "bigger picture".
