I then opened up the lectures and it helped me find it. I would go to the Menu of QuickBooks and select New and journal entries. Then I would put the date we are working with at the top left. The part of recording transactions that I liked the most is being able to put a debit and a credit. It is very important to always know what your debit account is and what is your credit account, if it's an expense, a liability or what type of account it is. I did not have any issues with the transaction report. It was very easy and simple to run the reports for each transaction
