He has regular work each Saturday and sometimes on a Sunday. Jason uses the company vehicle to deliver goods. On one Saturday a cyclist rides near the van Jason is driving, and the cyclist is clipped by the van which tips him off the bicycle onto the roadway. Fred is having a bad day, everything is going wrong since he got up in the morning and was unable to start his car. Fred has to get to the library to pick up a book he ordered. He has to be there by 2pm as the booking lapses after that. Fred arrives at 3pm and sees another person leaving with the book he ordered. He confronts the librarian behind his desk and asks for his book. The book is no longer available; it has been lent out. Fred is so angry he threatens to jump over the desk and 'punch the librarian'.
