A- Compensatory damages can be divided between Special Damages and General Damages. What are examples of Special Damages and General Damages? In addition, what are Punitive damages, and what are they intended to do?

B- With a Business Auto policy, on the property side, I could incur either collision or comprehensive losses. What is the difference, and please include examples.

C- I am insured with ABC insurance company. I am involved in an accident in which I collided with another vehicle. I am at fault. My insurance company pays the damages to my car. XYZ insurance company, who insures the other car and person, pays for their own damages. Then, ABC insurers receives notification from XYZ insurer that they are subrogating against them. What does that mean? What does that involve?
