In order to have effective and efficient communication within the company and even with clients and other stakeholders, companies or organizations adopt communication strategies. Barriers to effective communication in the workplace c. Challenges in dealing with a diverse workforce . List down such challenges both from co-workers and from clients/ partners/ associates.
