Communication Problem Analysis Paper

Use communication theory to analyze the dynamics of a management communication problem in a real organization.

First, find a manager at the middle or executive level at an organizationin which you are not employed, interview them, and ask them to describe a communication problem that they currently have or have encountered recently within their org. Ask them about what the problem is, the dynamics surrounding it, and how they addressed it.

Then, write a 4-6 page paper in which you analyze the communication problem, applying an external communication theory as a lens to help you and your readers understand the problem with greater clarity. As the final part of your paper, you will present a proposal for addressing the problem.
