Community Youth Sports League This quarter you will be working in a self-managing virtual team with classmates on a project that involves developing a Community Youth Sports League. Your teams will be assigned by me in Week 1 and you will be expected to use various channels of communication (email, Blackboard Collaborate, Zoom, etc.) to complete the project. In Week 2, after teams have been assigned, each team will need to conduct, record, and submit a Team Kickoff Video. This video is your first meeting as a team and you will establish rapport, select a team leader, and discuss ideas for your Community Youth Sports League. This video is due by Friday at 11:59 PM EST so you can progress to Week 3. In Week 3 each team will complete an alphanumeric outline laying out the project in which you will receive feedback from your instructor. Next, your team will develop a minimum 5-page paper that follows APA guidelines. The title page, abstract, table-of-contents, and reference page do not count towards the 5-page minimum.
