windows scripting

could someone please show me what the script would look like with following information along with the sudocode.

Introduction:If you are a system administrator, you know the daily tedious task that and system administrator has to do in order for the business to keep going. Many think the organization runs from the manual work being done and take for granted the things that are not of a manual nature, such as doing maintenance on a piece of equipment or electrical work. What many companies fail to recognize the thing that make it possible, and that s the guy that keep the computers running by doing the tedious work of a system administrator.

A. Maintaining system (Create script to give message daily for;)

1. Morning checks of systems/software
2. Monitor system performance

B.Retrieve technicians' notifications

1. Answering technical queries
2. Troubleshooting any reported problems
3. Adding/deleting/creating/modifying user account information, resetting passwords, etc.

C.start a backup and recovery Notification

1. Set a day of the mouth to download updates
2. Set a day of the mount to back-up the system

Conclusion:

This script will help me as a system administrator to maintain a schedule in the maintenance of the system and in doing so maybe the task that are done behind the scene will get recognized a critical part of the operation of the business. in applying this script, the system administrators' job can be more manageable and the abilities to complete the task of the position will be not overwhelming in some cases.
