Companies have gifting policies that allow exchange of gifts up to a limit without disclosure.  By mistake, you had given a gift above your company’s limit to a representative of a customer company.  Today, that same representative of that customer company is offering you a gift.  Would you accept or decline the gift and what other action (not the opposite of the first action) should you take?

(15 pts., 75 to 150 words) The customer’s gift exceeds your company’s allowable limit.  Would you accept or decline the gift and what other action (not the opposite of the first action) should you take?
