In the pats, ABC met demand by carrying a huge inventory for a 100 distributors spread across India and the company used to manufacturing and shipping thousands of ovens without even knowing the range of products and increasing volumes, the company is struggling with complaints from dealership and the inventory levels at dealers increasing stocks of withdrawn old products. Customers product offers and dealers are trying to push what they have rather than giving the customers what they need.
