What are the benefits, risks, alternatives, and costs of changing Athletas employee handbook to include a statement on work hours, policies on pay and performance issues, disciplinary procedures and possible sanctions, a neutrality statement regarding workers' rights to bargain collectively and freedom of association, and prohibition of child labor and forced or compulsory labor?
