Company Codes of Conduct

1. Using the Internet, locate the codes of conduct for three different companies. Briefly describe each code of conduct. How are they similar? How are they different?

2. After studying the corporate codes of conduct for the companies above, do you believe that members of professional organizations such as CPA Canada should be held to a higher ethical standard than the rest of the general population? Does this higher standard apply only to their professional life or to their private life as well?
