Due to recent changes, the company needs to look at their current communication within the company and it's also the reason for all the layoffs. (They are currently on the front lines of bad media in regard to recent employee layoffs.)

The subsystems in the organization that need to change are management and human resources. The communication and planning that has been shown down the recent layoffs shows that the company is not social responsible in any way. The management basically relied on their HR department to lay off hundreds of employees without any type of warning. Although the company was within the rights of an employer, what happened after should have never transpired.
