The business has been running for 5 years and currently generates sales of approximately 100k per annum.This is generally through services though a small percentage is also generated through hair products and small training workshops.Afro Impressions has 2 full-time employees, one of which is an Apprentice, and 2 part-time employees. The main objective is to grow the business by at least 3 times its' current revenue and also create a Training Academy. (Mayers, 2020).

Sophia Mayers has noted THREE key projects which she would like a consultant to review, research, analyse and provide appropriate recommendations in order of her to start a hairdressing-training academy. The specific aim of this project is for yourselves (as 'The Consultancy Firm') to develop a marketing strategy and evaluate the opportunities that can create brand image for Afro Impressions to become a Training Academy.
