• Driving websites traffic - Tract all the visits to your sites and social media to see how it improved
• Get more leads - In the site of the Company they provided lots of leads that concerns many points that the customers may need
• Boosting user engagement - This can be improved through through improving as well as the websites or in additional social media platform usage to better engage with the people in the social media world
• Improve customer service - With regards to the customer service they can still improve it but through their website there has been a lot of information already (not conversational but summary).
• Enhance brand reputation - In brand reputation the company had presented and named all the doctor names in their blog post and even in their websites that will improve the reputation of their brand as the people would expect a highly maintained service as there are many doctors that are involved
