- Detailed Implementation Plan - this is needed for the first year only. It needs to be done in an excel or table format, and include detailed information about EACH of your tactical marketing initiatives as outlined in the Marketing Mix whose costs are outlined in the Total Annual Marketing Budget for your first year.
