These are the concepts: Chapter 3 - CVP Analysis, sensitivity analysis Chapter 10 - Analysis of Cost Functions Chapter 11 & 12 - Short & Long-term decision making using relevant information, influences on pricing, product costing, business risks qualitative factors Chapter 13 - Strategy, BSC, five force analysis to define strategic alternatives, SWOT analysis, Chapter 14 - Allocating Support Department costs and qualitative factors in justifying method of allocation Chapter 15 - Joint Cost allocation, challenges for management accountants Chapter 17 - Process cost allocation Your analysis should include the following: 1. Financial Statement review 2. Annual report discussion strategic goals and how obtained 3. Annual report discussion on management decisions that impacted the operations or cost structure of the company (relevant cost analysis) Financial statement review, understanding how costs are allocated, ie support department costs, joint costs and or process costs., Required is a summary report with the analysis made that includes, the company selected, background information on the company and your analysis from above
