Company produces an item. You charge $350 per unit in the United States, and you saw the exact same unit in India at the price which is equivalent of about $300. Several competing Indian producers of charge your company with "dumping" your units run fairly low prices in Europe. What economic defense would you submit? (in other words, how would you explain that your pricing is consistent with the ordinary business and not some underhanded attempt to force the other out of business?)
