Calculate the company's profitability ratios (that we looked at in class) from the financial data available there. It is not sufficient to give just the final number, please also include the formula and all numbers that you used in the calculation of the profitability ratio. You may wish to define them as well. (300 words) (30 marks) 2. Looking at the company from the previous question, what conclusions can you reach in terms of: i) Its profitability using the findings from previous question. ii) Briefly analyse the company's main financial performance (using different indicators to the profitability ratios). You can find more information for this company by looking at the financial statements available on the FT.com markets data page or whichever other source you used. (350 words). (30 marks) 3. We have discussed that different companies and in different countries, use different appraisal methods when considering new investment projects. What is the main drawback in using one over the other methods (comment on each of these methods)? Make your best recommendation how you should proceed in choosing the methodology if you were in the position to decide on a new project in a company.
