1. Explanation of need to offer a mental health program.

Based on the surveys the "Workplace Mental Health Questionnaire" and the "GAD-7 Anxiety Test" that were conducted among the 50 employees in theorganization where 20 of themworked remotely and 30 were onsite, 80% of the employees are experiencing anxiety and stress-related health issues.Therefore, we strongly suggest thatour company should facilitate Mental Health Programs to our employees to cope with the stressor and anxiety at work.

2. What gap has been identified?

The lack of resources and assistance offered to employees who are dealing with problems related to their mental health has been identified as a problem in the business. Even though workplace mental health issues are common, many employees either don't feel comfortable discussing these issues with their managers or coworkers or don't know where to turn for support. This can enhance the sense of isolation and increase existing mental health problems. Symend is in a position to overcome this gap and provide employees with the tools and resources they need to effectively manage their mental health and overall well-being if the company implements a mental health training program.
