Compare and contrast a few situations in which the police would need search warrants with situations in which they would not need search warrants. Better yet! Comment about a situation in which you believe it should be easier/less restrictive for the police to search or for the police to obtain a search warrant. Compare this then to a situation where you believe the police right to search/or requirements to obtain a search warrant should be more restrictive upon the police.  Provide examples to support your point.
