Below, is a minimum guide of components that should be included in the plan: Project overview, scope, and requirements o Provide a brief overview of the Hub & Spoke model kitchen project including general scope and requirements that are important to the overall resource management plan Project Organizational / Resource Charts o Include a hierarchical project organization chart representing the project team members and their reporting relationships. o Reference "Case Study Update #2" to learn about your project team members.
