Human Resource Management Plan: Focus on the different components that should be part of a human resource management plan. The readings and course content will give you some insight into what sections you should include. Below, is a minimum guide of components that should be included in the plan: Project overview, scope, and requirements o Provide a brief overview of the Hub & Spoke model kitchen project including general scope and requirements that are important to the overall resource management plan Project Organizational / Resource Charts o Include a hierarchical project organization chart representing the project team members and their reporting relationships. o Reference "Case Study Update #2" to learn about your project team members. Roles and Responsibilities o In addition to the five (5) project team member positions, identify five (5) positions that will be required to execute the Hub & Spoke model kitchen project. o For all ten (10) positions, identify the role, authority, responsibilities, and competencies needed to successfully complete the project.
