A business needs good legal support: Identify a lawyer or law firm in the Greater Moncton Area you would wish to work with and why. They are also the ones that will set-up your legal name and incorporate your business.

You will also need a great accountant or accounting firm: Identify an Accountant or Accounting Firm in Greater Moncton Area you wish to work with and why. They will help you financially, are required to submit Corporate Taxes and help with Canada Revenue Agency processes.

Identify which PMS, POS, Payroll and Accounting systems you would use to manage your business. You can have 4 different systems and identify each ones functionality. Some system can do all 4 functions, others you may have a PMS with POS separate and Payroll and Accounting are together.

You have an Architect and Designer working on your renovation plans. You need to request a Building permit how will this process work? Where do you go? What do you need to present? Is there a cost?
