Competition Act 2010 was passed by the Malaysian Parliament in 2010 and came into force on 1 January 2012. Among the prohibitions of competition law is Bid Rigging. Using the law, explain bid rigging and compare and contrast the prohibition of bid rigging in Malaysia and any one country of your choice. In your answer, you also have to discuss the effectiveness of this prohibition.
